Why won't my payment go through?
The payment error is due to two reasons.
Reason 1: For credit / Debit cards the credentials added during transaction are incorrect.
Reason 2: For online transactions the credentials are correct?

You can only Redeem the coupon at the time of purchase. At the checkout page there is an option of Redeem coupon

How do I cancel a purchased course?
There is not option for canceling a purchase course. Plesa read our for the same.
